Quant
Manage and optimize an algorithmic, delta-neutral strategies portfolio. You'll be responsible for backtest schedules, capital allocation, and automating processes in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Requirements
Ready-to-trade proprietary strategy with documented live performance
Experience with ML pipelines, MLOps tools (Kedro, Optuna, orchestration systems)
Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution optimization
Comfortable with clusters for training/deploying models, end-to-end pipeline ownership
Crypto trading experience preferred (Binance, Bybit, OKX) — traditional finance welcome
Rust knowledge and AI/ML expertise in finance are strong advantages
Reports directly to Managing Partner / Head of Trading
